The last time that I posted was July7...the day Kole and I went to Childrens for his GI consult...also the day that changed our lives forever. That afternoon I was to my end...I admitted Kole to OSU's Harding Hospital. I was told about a week. It ended up being 10 nights and 11 days.
The last 6 weeks have been a major learning experience. One that I am trying to grow from...The support that I received from my mom, sean and friends was AMAZING...never realized how many people truly cared. I thank you all for your kindness.
We have a LONG road ahead of us...but I feel like we are now receiving some help and are on the right track.

Erin,
My heart goes out to you. It must have been difficult to leave your son in the hands of others, even if they are experts in their fields. I'm praying for the best for you...best circumstances, best doctors, best care, best prognosis. My son has had health issues himself. It can be such a mixture of emotions and highs and lows. Just know that there are people who truly care. Lean on God's understanding and know you can always go to him with your fears, your troubles and he'll fill you with hope, peace, and a love that never falters. The best to you and your family.
