It is nuts, sad and exciting all at once.
This is my favorite age. They are absorbing everything around them like little sponges.
He lights up when he sees or hears his mama. It is the COOLEST thing ever. I told sean last night that he is my favorite. Yep! Said it outloud in front of the others. He is so sweet. He loves unconditionally. He doesn't expect anything in return. The best part is he can't color on my wood floors with purple crayon or talk back! ;) I'll give him about 8 months to be back on the same ground as the others!
The slobber, the drool, the belly laughs are all part of my favorites!
His favorite thing currently is his fingers and thumb. He has discovered his thumb when he is getting cranky and it works quite well to calm him. I love to watch his motions, his legs, his toes, his expressions. I wish I could seal it in bottle and keep it forever.

He is absolutely adorable. But with a name like Brody, could he be anything less?? Of course, I may be a little biased.
BTW, I love that the Backyardigans theme was playing today. I swear I hear that in my sleep!
